HELLO , My Name Is Joseph I Am An Instructor

HELLO , My name is Joseph i am an instructor in the American Heart Association and emergency nurse, i have a question please: if there is a patient present the singes and symptoms of heart attack and he is allergic to Aspirin so i can give him aspirin or its not allowed? i know that its not allowed but i need your opinion because its a question about saving life, or its gonna deteriorate his situation?
