HELP ! Hello I Really Need Some Advise It's Not

HELP !
Hello I really need some advise it's not for me but for some one else .Someone I know is having really bad crystal meth side affects.He's scratching him self to the point that he's almost bleeding he claims to feel like he's going crazy and he's moving around as if he was . I know there isn't much We Could Do But Is There Something To Atleast Calm him down ?
