HI -- I'd Like To Know If My Persistent Symptoms

HI --
I'd like to know if my persistent symptoms indicate the need for a doc visit for antibiotics or for my continued patience.
What I thought was a common cold (occasional cough, occasional sore throat, nasal and head congestion, some laryngitis) has had the consistent but shifting symptom of head pressure and ears feeling stopped up to varying degrees. Very little coughing-up of phlem but frequent nose blows have produced consistently light green mucus. Symptoms began 9 days ago. Have used various things like sudeafed. No history of sinus problems and don't feel pain, just a clogged and foggy, shifting discomfort in my head that keeps my energy semi-sapped and my concentration and engagement superficial. Symptoms started at sea level and I am back where I reside at 7500 ft above; a couple of airplane trips were involved and the expected increased ear stoppage/popping abated after just a day while other symptoms wax and wane.
Thank you very much for your feedback.
