I had a question if you can please help me, I would be so thankful. I enjoy drinking a glass a wine or two with meals. But the thing is, I recently had a ectopic pregnancy. At first they gave me METHOTREXATE, trying to save my fallopian tube. That happened about two weeks ago. I was aware that for a week after I received the shot not to exceed 1 alcohol drink per day. But things have changed since then. About five days later after the treatment my fallopian ruptured after all. There was no saving my left tube. I had surgery on Thursday, but after I left the hospital I haven't needed my pain meds. Im not one that likes taking painkillers especially when I didn't need them. I was just curious if a simple drink or two would be harmful. I'm just thankful that this site allows people to ask questions from real doctors. My health is my number one priority.
