HI, 2 Days Ago I Had A Soft Lump Come

HI,
2 days ago I had a soft lump come up on the top side of the glans. the day after it had gone down considerably. Now there is a tiny open sore there about as big as a pin head.
Could you suggest any advice or medication to stop it getting any bigger?
