HI 57 Female. I have recently (5 months ago) stopped my cycle and am experiencing hot flashes. I also upon waking I get sweaty, rapid heart beat and uncomfortable. today I had what I call an episode of panic attack. Is this normal? I found it impossible to continue working and wanted to cry. Help please
