HI. 6 Days Ago I Had The First Of 2

HI. 6 days ago I had the first of 2 cataract lens replacements, and was given the standard 3 meds (prednisolon acetate, Vigamox, and Nevanac). My eye still hasn't stabilized and I'm not seeing well, I assume because the swelling hasn't receded enough yet. Today it was suggested I boil Turmeric root and lemon to make a tea a couple of times a day. Is that a good idea, and are there any dangerous interactions I need to know about?
