HI DOCTER, I HOPE THIS MAKES SENCE TO YOU AND

HI DOCTER, I HOPE THIS MAKES SENCE TO YOU AND NOT TOO MUCH TO ASKI had a CT ABD PELVIS WW DONE. CAN U EXPLAIN THESE FINDINGS? I WILL TELL YOU THAT I AM A 49 YR OLD WOMAN AND I RECEIVE BOTOX INJECTIONS 200 UNITS EVERY 90 DAYS FOR URGE INCONTINENCE. I ALSO WAS ,DIAGNOSED WITH LIVER DISEASE...CIRROSIS, IN 2011. HERE ARE THE CT FINDINGS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, ANDREA
FINDINGS: There is a 1 mm calcified urolith (bladder stones) within the lower pole collecting system of the left kidney. No hydronephrosis. No additional calculi (stones) are evident.

Arterial (blood vessel) phase imaging demonstrates no evidence of focal arterial enhancement. A TIPS shunt is present within the liver. The liver exhibits a macronodular configuration. There are some small upper abdominal varices.

The delayed and 10-minute images are unremarkable. The upper renal (kidney) collecting systems and ureters exhibit normal course and caliber. Although the bladder is incompletely distended, the contour is slightly irregular suggesting hypertrophic changes.

IMPRESSION: 1 mm left calcified urolith. No evidence of renal mass (abnormal body tissue). No filling defects within the collecting system. Possible bladder hypertrophy (enlargement). Nondistended bladder.
