HI Doctor, I Am 35 Years Old.I Got My Clinical

HI Doctor,
I am 35 years old.I got my clinical report of liver with SGOT 56 and SGPT 77 .My cholesterol level is250 and LDL is 153,HDL 48,VLDL is 49. I am not drunkard and smoker .I am staying with family in abroad. Is it serious situation?what i have to do now?
