I have Creatine Kinase, Total value of 272 and the range is 44-196 U/L. Further my cholestorol reading is LDL 185 and HDL 81 - Total 281. I take Welchol 3 pills of 625mg ea. I go to the gym 3 times a week run for 40 minutes and also work with weights. I weight 138 pounds and I am 5'5" tall. Please let me know what I should do to balance this situation.
