HI Doctor, I Have Pain In Right Testicle, Abdomin And

HI Doctor, I have pain in right testicle, abdomin and right thigh. Been to Readymed and after diagnosis like examination, x ray and urine analysis they said nothing wrong they could find. Doctor PA during analysis doubted that this could be Groin Strain. She did not prescribe anything until now even though i asked for antibiotics. Now she asked me to go for ultra sound and still carrying the pain. Please help
