I hit my head hard on the bed corner on Monday Night around 10.00 PM . There was severe head ache yesterday . Consulted a doctor and taken paracetamol Drip Injection . They asked me whether there is any abdomenal pain .. That time I dint . But now I got severe Stomach pain .... Is it related to the my fall ?I am confused ... Now there is headache and stomach pain . Can you please advise me
