Today is my 13th day . on 11th day I had a DF in my left ovary measuring 15*14 and endo size was 4.2 mm. today on my 13th day the follicle has ruptured and endo is 5.2 mm. Any chances I can conceive. I have a daughter and had a miscarriage as well last year. I am not on any specific medication, just aminofit tabs and endovass and acupuncture.some multivitamin medicines also I am taking. how can we improve endometrium size.
