HI Doctor, We Had An Unprotected Sex On 14th Day

HI Doctor,

We had an unprotected sex on 14th day of cycle midnight and the next day my wife took an i pill at 8 am in the morning..Now UPT is positive.... Can we continue Pregnancy? Is there any possibily of the child to have development delay or amy abnormalities?
