HI Doctor, Here Are My Symptoms. They Started About 3

HI Doctor, here are my symptoms. They started about 3 weeks ago with pain in my urethea. Then I experienced pain in my prostate region. Slight testicle pain. Now my lower abdomen is seems bloated and painful. Somrtimes my penis burns after urinating and at the end of ejaculation. I have a pain in my rectum think it may be coming from my prostate. Five weeks ago I had sexual relations with a woman and she gave me oral sex. Since then no partners. I have been tested for STI's, swab and urine, but was on an antibiotic for a throat infection. The tests came back negative, could the antibiotics affect the tests?
I have urethea pain, and what I think is prostate pain and abdomen pain. Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Thank you fro your help
