HI, I Am 27 Years Old And We Are Trying

HI, I am 27 years old and we are trying to have our second baby, however last year I was diagnosed having PCOS, I didn't bother that time since my menstrual cycle was still ok, not until early this year my menstrual cycle are not normal anymore. My last period was still back in January 2016, I consulted my OB last week of March, had a TRANS V and they told me that my period is near. They gave me Metformin 500mg to take twice a day until the time that my Menstruation becomes regular again, but until now I don't have my period, I had spottings only that didnt even made my liner full. I am thinking to take duphaston but not sure if this is ok combination with Metformin. Please advice. thanks
