I am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. I have brown discharge lightly for 3 days and it stopped then yesterday i spotted a drop of blood for one time. Today i have done my ultrasound the result says gestational sac is regular and no yolk sac and fetal pole found. Please help is it normal and am i pregnant.
