HI I Am A 21 Year Old Black Male Walked

HI I am a 21 year old black male walked into the emergency room with throbbing pain to my chest. Shoulder and neck difficulty breathing laying down and bending over. Which started 0ct. 13 . I was diagnosed with pericarditis started on colchicine, indomethacin and fluid continue to build up I had pericardiocentisis and then started on prednisone 40mg and more fluid built-up along with fluid around the lungs. A chest tube had to be put in and a window to drain the bloody fluid a biopsy of the lungs and lymph nodes done everything negative no malignancy,TB, bacteria, found, infections disease doctor bought on board no lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis c, Hiv. And more fluid is coming back. Any suggestions on what is causing the fluid to keep returning. And i Was given leviquin antibiotic for a week and vancomycin
