HI, I Am A 57 Year Old Male In Good

HI,
I am a 57 year old male in good shape. NO previous heart conditions. I have severe mid back pain that seems to flare up when I am sitting down and after I the pain occurs I have subsequent nausea. It feels best when I am active and it does not seem to bother me when I rotate my core to the left and right. The pain is at its worst is a 7/10 on the pain scale but goes away when laying down at night. could this be gallbladder pain?
