HI, I Am A 67 Year Old Female Who Has

HI,
I am a 67 year old female who has been very healthy with the exception of early-stage breast cancer 30 years ago. I am physically very active. I am 5'9" tall and weigh 130 pounds. I have a family history of high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I have been on low doses of statins for 10 years and started taking Losartan 18 months ago as my BP was edging upward. One year ago I had my first cardiac work up prior to back surgery for ideopathic scoliosis. It was reported I have a very mild case of aortic stenosis. My doctor did not seem concerned just suggested i'd be tested again in two years.
For the past couple of months, I have noticed some shortness of breath and a feeling of lightheadedness upon exertion. My first thought was that maybe I had a drop in blood sugar or possible anemia. I am due to have annual blood work in several weeks.Could this be symptomatic of heart problems? i have no chest pain or tingling. Your thoughts, please? Thank you!
