HI. I Am An MS Patient And Have Been Having

HI. I am an MS patient and have been having problems with short term memory and also saying something that is completely not what I am meaning to say. For example, you have a blue shirt on and I wills say I like your red shirt. He did a blood test for B12 and folate. My folate is 8.9 which is a little higher than what they say the low is at 5.4. I don't understand what folate is exactly...I've been trying to find it in articles. And is the memory and mis-stating issue normal with MS patients? Thank you..
