HI I Am An Otolarygologist. I Want To Know What

HI

I am an otolarygologist. I want to know what is the safest anti-emetic drug for morning sickness in pregnancy??

My wife is pregnant and want to take zofran. I searched through pubmed and google scholar for the recent evidence based articles and newest guidelines. Generally they advise women to follow non-pharmacologic measures like taking ginger or accupressure, in addition to some lifestyle modification. Pharmacologically they advise for combination pills of an antihistamine & B6 vitamin. In a recent article by Niebyl & Briggs, conducted on the pharmacologic management of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy in 2014; it was stated that ACOG had concluded that pyridoxine alone or in combination with doxylamine is safe and should be considered first-line pharmacotherapy.

Please for your kind opinion regarding most up-to-date management of NVP?
Thank you
