HI I Am Currently 7 Weeks And 4 Days Pregnant

HI I am currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my do tor told me a week ago that I have a blood clot behind the placenta and not to have sex or do any heavy lifting. my question is if I do have Intercourse and my body miscarries will it happen right away while I'm having Intercourse or will it tke time for the clot to start bleeding?
