HI, I Am Going To Be 35 Years Old Mother

HI, I am going to be 35 years old mother of two (oldest 16 in feb) youngest 5) I had a tubal ligation after my youngest.. Now, I have the feeling like I constantly have to urinate, and i passed a big clear mucous discharge with a few tiny tiny brownish to pinkish clots? I guess you would call it... more like speaks. Feeling a bit odd, almost like fainting high blood pressure type feeling with HOT and cold sweats and I am very jumpy
