HI I Am Having Strange Sensations Under The Ribcage On

I am having strange sensations under the ribcage on the right hand side and having tightness or a cold sensation going across the right hand side of my ribs. It's hard to describe as I have never felt this before. This has happened a few times over the last few weeks, yet more noticeable in the last couple of days. I have had problems with gastric issues in the past which still continue to this day. I notice it more when I am walking and it feels enlarged maybe. I have no pain just a few tweaks of discomfort. I have anxiety and panic issues also which I relating the other pains.and feelings to that.
