HI, I Had A Hernia Repair November Last Year (2015),

HI, I had a hernia repair November last year (2015), and the sutures removed in Feb 2016, because they hadn't dissolved. They were replaced with a different type of dissolvable stitch. Fast forward to Sept 2016, still not dissolved, causing some irritation. I had the knot removed 20/09/16, and the wound was glued this time instead of stitched. However, two weeks on the wound has not healed and I have horrendous itching around the site, and mostly where the other end of the stitch is. Please could you give me, some idea as to why that is, and what I can do about it????
