HI, I Had An I Pill On 20 Sep. POst

HI,

I had an i pill on 20 sep. POst 5-7 days, i started to have anxiety in my lower back and it doesnt go at all. i doo night shifts and stay awake for almost 18 hours a day.

please advise the reason for this anxiety in my lower back, as i become restless and am not able to concentrate on work at all.
