HI I Had Blood In The Urine About Four Days

HI I had blood in the urine about four days ago, very fresh blood. The fresh blood stop in the urine after about 5 or 6 hours. I had no pain in abdominal or back at the time. Then I had orange coloured urine in the following couple of days. at about the third day now, I start to feel dull pain on the right hand side of my lower abdomen, and to the side and to the back around the waist. My urine is clearing a lot now, from orange colour to lemon yellow colour now. However when I stand for half an hour or so I start to feel the pain at the right across the lower abdomen and lower back. I have a bit of burning sensation when urinating. I don't have the constant
urge to go.
