HI, I Have A Bulging Discs In My Lowrer Back

HI, I have a bulging discs in my Lowrer back L5 and L6. The pain is in my hips and radiates down my whole leg. Especially in the hip, knee and calf. I can't lay on either side because it's so painful. I am seeing a pain care specialist who has given me nerve block injections in my lower back but it does not seem to help. The pain is getting worse. I'm living on pain medication to help with the pain but I'm wondering if something else can be wrong. If I stand or sit too long it hurts but it mostly hurts when I lie down. What else could be wrong?
