HI, I Have A Horrible Smell Coming From My Nose

I have a horrible smell coming from my nose and throat, dentist said it is not a tooth problem and to check with ent, the ent did a cat scan which apparently showed nothing. However I have contant "jelly like" post nasal drip coming out of the left nostril 24/7 and having to contstantly spit up mucus all day long. I also can fill up a room with the horrible rotten smell coming from my nose and throat. Also under my left eye I have some darkness like under circles but only on my left eye, do you know what it could be? should I ask for a specific test other than a cat scan? I am a isolated and living a hermit lifestyle because of it. Any advice would truly be appreciated!
