HI, I Have Been Prescribed Lipocut 120 For 3 Months

HI, I have been prescribed Lipocut 120 for 3 months & i have thyroid also. It's been a year joining the gym but i have lost only 3 kgs. So 1st qus. is if some time i forget to take medicine before meal then how soon after meal, medicine can be taken. 2)qus. What other medicine shud be taken if this medicine does not help for weight loss.
