HI, I Have Been Using Daktacort For An Infection On

HI, I have been using daktacort for an infection on the penis as recommended by the doctor. I was told to use it 3 times a day for a week. After that period it seemed ok but now the skin is kind of dry and the color of it is not as red as it should be
