HI. I Have Had A Skin Problem Appear Around My

HI. I have had a skin problem appear around my nose and the sides of my chin. Parts of it look like a dry rash. And then there a tiny little pimples that appear with white puss. It is dry and itch. I have had acne in the past, but this does't seem the same. It may also be a staph infection. Does that sound like symptoms of Staph?
