HI, I Have Noticed A Lump Above My Collar Bone

HI,
I have noticed a lump above my collar bone (right side). It is hard,size varying through the day,immoveable. It is been a week since I noticed, would go to Doctor on Wednesday, but worried if it is cancerous.I am 30 year old, a mom of 6 month old baby.
