HI, I Have Recently Begun Experiencing Numbness In Both Forearms.

HI, I have recently begun experiencing numbness in both Forearms. Sometimes at the same time but usually one arm or the other. It comes and goes but is becoming more frequent and prolonged in duration. should I be worried about this or is it something that should go away on its own?
