HI, I Have Sores In My Gums And A Canker

HI, I have sores in my gums and a canker on my tongue that's developed into a depression and is sensitive and painful. My gum sores are always directly inline with the tooth and usually starts out as a minor tooth ache and develops into a laceration. They then heal and another one comes up a week or few weeks again in another place.
