HI, I Just Found Out That I Was Pregnant A

HI, I just found out that I was pregnant a couple days ago. I am 6 weeks. I had spotting when I was supposed to get my period which was the 16th. I am now getting spotting with bright red blood but no cramps. And it's not enough for a panty liner because I only see it when I wipe so it's very little. Is this normal or should I go to the hospital?
