HI I Recently Was Bitten By A Horse Fly On

HI I recently was bitten by a horse fly on my ankle and my foot swelled up. ive been soaking my foot in warm water with epsom salt and rubbing anti itch cream on the area.... pain is gone and so is the itching but i am left with a bit of swelling and a big purple area which looks like a bruise... should i be concerned?
