HI I Think I Have A Uti But I'm Not

HI I think I have a uti but I'm not sure so to give you a little back ground I've been having a white substance coming out of my urine hole and I always have to pee a lot and urgently when I pass urine there's a little bit of white in my urine it looks like white drops sometimes and sometimes it looks like white swirls I hope this make sense sex is painful sometimes and for some reason every time I have sex I have the urge to pee urgently and I ended up peeing during sex a few times because it was so urgent I couldn't hold it. What's the problem doc? Please help and I've had the same partner for 5 years
