HI, I Want To Know What Is Niosol Ointment Used

HI, I want to know what is niosol ointment used for. My age is 26, height 5.5 and weight 58 kgs. i have itching on my upper part of my feet and have acne scars on my face for which i consulted the dr and he suggested niosol ointment and niltan cream. But since i lost the prescription not sure which one is for which cause.
