HI I Was Admitted 2 Months Ago To Er With

HI I was admitted 2 months ago to er with dehydration and my ck levels were at 6000 my whole body was cramped up. I was given 7 liters of fluid and got my ck levels to around 300. I am a firefighter so when we trained I got my ck tested the next day it was 3800 and again the next week was 1400. Is this ok or should I be alarmed by the high numbers a day or two after training.
