HI I Was In Bali 3 Years Ago And I

HI I was in Bali 3 years ago and I got a bite on my elbow I think it was an ant or spider not sure but I still have it, it looks like a huge bruise and then when I take a allergy pill it gets really hot and red a burns, do you have any suggestions. My doctor cannot figure it out they did a biopsy and they said it has something to do with white cells in that area thats all they said. Any suggestions
