HI I Was In The Doctors Office Last Week With

HI I was in the doctors office last week with fluid in my ear and a soar throat and sinus infection, I was given 5 days of amoxicilan. I took all of the days but still do not feel better. Now both my ears hurt, I have headache. The back of my neck is soar and I have these strange painful spots on my tongue and my taste seems to be off.
