HI, Iam Having A Problem Of Dry N Dark Lips

Iam having a problem of dry n dark lips from last three year after shifting to this place where i am currently residing. in the start my lips use to get chapped n with due course of time they become dry & a thick dark (dry) layer formed over the earlier one. I also started having pimple/ acne here earlier it was 1-2 with vch time had increased in number on both side of my cheeks & the temple area.Though with some medicines they diminish in number but then come back. my hormonal levels are normal & i dont hace PCOS. my age is 32 yrs
