HI, Im 18 Years Old And I Have Had Bad

HI, Im 18 years old and I have had bad stomach aches in my upper stomach. They feel like gas or cramps but it just hurts. I get the stomach aches in the morning sometimes but mostly at night but otherwise im fine during the day. I go to the bathroom and sometimes it feels better but sometimes not. Tonight after I wiped, there was blood on the toilet paper from my bottom. I was wondering what this could be?
