Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HI I'm 23 year old female and have had abnormal bleeding infertility and high risk hpv posative and painful periods. Recently I had an ultrasound done and they said there are a couple of tiny punctate echogenic areas within the myometrium immediately adjacent to the endometrium of uncertain etiology but may represent tiny myometrial calcifications. With right ovary measuring 4.5 x 2.3 x 3.2 cm and the left ovary measuring 3.7 x 1.7 x 3.6 cm .... my doctor dismissed this ultrasound saying he didn't even know what that meant I'm very worried as my periodS have been painful and I've been having long heavy and clot filled periods and have been ttc for over a year with opks, and preseed and nothing. I am young with no other health conference and one other healthy pregnancy to a son who is now 5.
