HI,
I'm 28 years old guy
One month back in Gym training as usual practice I increase Iron weight after certain period,
As I was doing same in that I injured my shoulder, after that I gave one month complete break for weight training and only used to do little strectch excersie in between this period.
I counsult with some Doctors they gave me some medicines but even after that I'm not recovered with that injury they said it will get cure after few time.
But even after a month I'm not recovered from this shoulder pain, I can not even lift my hand properly in cetain angle I can lift weight but i have to change angle in of wrist or shoulder movement.
Please advice should I go for weight training in this stage and by when i'll recover from this, what should be best adivce for me
