HI, I'm A 32 Year Old Hispanic Female. I Have

HI, I'm a 32 year old Hispanic female. I have a wind like noise in my right ear, most of the time it sounds like a wooshing sound. Like a pumping whooshing sound to be more specific. I thought it was tinnitus but I could not get that diagnosis by my ENT specialist. Reason: When I press on the right side of my neck right below my yaw, the noise stops! I had a scan done to check for blockage or malformation of my veins but it came out normal! They said they couldn't help me figure out what is wrong. I did check my hearing also, left ear is normal and right ear showed a very slight hearing loss, but doctor thinks the internal noise in the ear prevented me from hearing the very low pitch. He did notice the pressure in that ear is off. He explained there was no "bounce" in that ear drum. It's an inconvenience to me when I try to fall sleep; to cope with the noise. I only sleep on my left side, I press a the pillow against my neck to stop hearing the noise. Some nights, the noise can be very loud that if I lay down right next to my husband, he can hear it too. My concern is increasing because lately I can feel pressure pushing out inside the ear. It happens about once to twice a day. Not sure if that's related. Hope I have provided enough information to perhaps get some insight from you on what I could check next to help me treat this health concern. Thank you kindly for your assistance.
