HI, I'm a 54 year old white woman . Had an section 1991 and immediately had wide spread pain, fatigue never really diagnosed as anything. Thru the years I've had my ups and down s and for the most part have been able to keep it within bounds. But this last January I had a partial nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma with an AV fistula two weeks later. I also previously donated my other kidney 12 years ago. Since the surgery this year I can't get over the widespread pain, particularly my shoulders, back of head, and neck. And pain all around the side of kidney that won't go away. Currently I'm taking oxycodone 10 mg four times a day. Last visit with GP I started crying due to the tremendous, unrelenting amount of pain and she immediately made a referral to a psychiatrist.
