HI . I'm A Male And 22 Year's Old .

HI . I'm a male and 22 year's old . Lastnight I went to pee and suddenly It felt burning and I thought it's normal . Than it got worse a day I looked down and I saw ALOT of sperm like yellow stuff down there I freaked out . I wanted to urinate so badly but all that was coming out was those stuff and it started to come out very slowly . The burning was very very painful. I grabbed a toilet paper and colected some of it but it dried and looked like jerms . All this happened when I was awake for around 45 hours and didnt have much of liquid or water to drink in that time . Anyway after going through a lot of pain . I was able to urinate a little but with a lot of pain . And a drop of the urine that came out after was on the toilet . It dried really fast and had left white marks like salt . Oh and one more thing during this time my penis was sore.
Today I woke up and I didn't feel anything . Everything was kind of normal . A little burning pain and that's it.
